Branka Filipović, dipl.oec.is a qualified expert in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 2 of the Rulebook on Training in the Field of Public Procurement (NN, broj 65/2017), with many years of professional experience in public procurement, finance, and accounting. She has completed a specialised training programme in public procurement and holds a valid certification, as well as a completed “Trening trenera” programme. In 2012, she attended the programme “Training in Public Procurement in the Western Balkans and Turkey”, organised as part of an EU IPA project aimed at establishing and strengthening efficient and sustainable national public procurement training systems. She is a regular lecturer in the Specialised Public Procurement Training Programme, as well as at various seminars and workshops on public procurement. She is also the author of several professional articles in the field of public procurement.
