Conducting public procurement procedures for contracting authorities

For public contracting authorities (state bodies of the Republic of Croatia, government agencies and offices, local and regional self-government units, local and regional agencies and offices, legal entities established to meet needs in the general interest, and utilities/sectoral contracting entities) that are required to apply the Public Procurement Act, we provide the following services:

• preparation of the Procurement Plan and Contract Register
• drafting of the Internal Procurement Act for contracts up to EUR 26,540 for goods and services and up to EUR 66,360 for works (approximate conversion from HRK thresholds)
• consulting prior to project commencement (ex-ante evaluation), during project implementation (ex-post evaluation), and after project completion
• advisory services in public procurement procedures
• advisory support in appeal procedures (DKOM and VUS)
• in-house training in the field of public procurement
