Nedjeljko Kegalj is an authorised trainer within the public procurement system, with many years of professional experience in the field. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and has completed a specialised training programme in public procurement, holding a valid certification. He also completed the „Trening trenera“ programme organised by the International Training Centre and the Ministry of Economy, Directorate for the Public Procurement System, in 2012. His particular areas of expertise include appeals procedures, construction works procurement, and public procurement within EU-funded projects.
