She is an authorised trainer in the public procurement system and a certified public procurement specialist (certifications issued by the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Croatia). She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, obtaining the title of Master of Law. She is the Managing Director of ANGELA d.o.o., Varaždin. After completing the programme “Training in Public Procurement in the Western Balkans and Turkey” (Turin, Italy), she obtained the status of a national trainer within the public procurement system. She has participated as a lecturer in Croatia during Phase II of the project “Training of Trainers in the Public Procurement System” and has been involved in numerous public procurement projects, delivering a wide range of lectures in which she has shared her extensive practical experience in conducting procurement procedures. She is a co-author of the book Projects in Science and Development – European Programmes, edited by Prof. Blaženka Divjak, PhD, published in 2009 (contribution in the field of public procurement), and the author of a large number of professional articles related to public procurement.
