Antonija Ćurić, dipl.iur., Head of the Legal Analysis Department and a certified internal auditor for the corporate sector, holds a Public Procurement Certificate and is recognised as a qualified expert in public procurement pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 2 of the 2017 Rulebook. Throughout her professional career, she has audited public procurement procedures within projects financed under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Cohesion Fund (CF). She is currently responsible for providing support to all departments in performing ex-post controls of public procurement procedures, specifically in auditing procurement procedures co-financed by EU funds. She is also actively involved in audit activities related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). In addition, she participates as a lecturer in public procurement at the EU level through twinning projects. She is the author of professional articles in the field of public procurement and EU funds and serves as ARPA’s representative in the Public Procurement Coordination Network.
